02.04.2011 -Heute erreichte uns die nachfolgende Mail unserer Tierschutzfreunde aus Almeria. Wir sind traurig, wütend… doch leider können wir nicht helfen, denn uns fehlen die finanziellen Mittel… Wir möchten durch die Veröffentlichung einmal mehr auf die schreckliche Situation in den vielen Tötungsstationen im Ausland aufmerksam machen und wie hilflos und ohnmächtig die Tierschützer vor Ort und wir dieser so oft gegenüber stehen…

now the situation here in Spain with animals is terrible. Last weeks ago killed a puppy „Snauzi“, and the killer put a video of the torture and kill of the puppie in internet.. I didn´t want to see it, is too much for me… Last friday was a demonstration against the animal abuses, because although we have a law against the abuses of the animals, the govenment and the police don´t apply it, so the killers continue doing abuses and kills without impunity… when can we to end with theses injusticies?? I don´t know, it´s so difficult… Yesterday I went to the vet shop to buy sweets to my dogs. Rocío, the girl who works in the shop is my friend. We were talking about snauzi, and the kill station of Almeria, she knows our labour rescuing dogs. She told me she is friend of Juan (a worker of the kill station, Amalia and me know him because he helps us with the dogs whe we go to make pictures and take out the dogs). This week he was calling with Rocío, and now the kill station is super-saturated. So next week (thursday) they have to kill a lot of dogs that they are in the kill list… I said Rocío that she could not have to tell me this… now my head is only around the dogs and the kill list… So in the night, when I came home, I phoned Amalia and told it…. And Amalia will go next monday to the kill station. I want to go but she prefers to go alone, doesn´t want I go because she knows me… She wants to know how many dogs are in the list and if it is possible to help them, at least some of them. She will make pictures and she´ll try only they kill the very old dogs or very sicks, but we know when a dog is in list, young or old, small or big, we have not can do anything… So once again, we ask help for these dogs. It´s hard to ask help beause I know you have a small organisation and the rescue of a dog is expensive, you make a big effort when you rescue a dog of the kill station of Almeria, but what can I do?? please excuse me. I pray every night to God of the small and big animals for he helps us in our fight, and I pray for the animals we can not help them, for they cross the rainbow in a happy dream and they can be happy in the sky, when we can not do happy in the Earth… bitter hugs, ALI. |
